SHOP ONLINE, COLLECT IN STORE

You can chose your desired article in the Calliste online shop and add it to the cart at any time.

When you close your order, you can choose the option "Click & Collect" and your preferred shop. After selecting, you can simply make an online payment. By using "Click & Collect" you avoid possible shipping costs.

As soon as your order arrives in the desired shop, you will receive a confirmation email. From the receipt of the email, your package will be available for pickup the following 14 days (Saturday and Sunday included). Please note that the delivery of your order to your desired shop only takes place after receipt of the payment and that it can take up to 3 workdays to deliver.

After receipt of the confirmation email you can pick up your order during opening hours in one of our shops. When picking up your order, we kindly ask you to show us a printed or mobile version of the confirmation email.

With "Click & Collect"-orders you pay online via a payment method chosen during the ordering process. Payment in the shop will not be possible.

To pick up your order in the shop, you will only need a printed or mobile version of your confirmation email. You will receive this email, when your package arrives at the shop.

In case the article that you ordered does not fit, you can exchange it in the shop.

In case that your package was not picked up during the deadline of 14 days (saturday and sunday included), your order will be canceled free of charge. To refund you, we will use the same payment method as you did to pay for your online order. This may take some days.
